While vacationing in Italy in 1997, Diane was awestruck at the beauty and quality of the architecture. It was a defining moment for her. At that moment, Diane realized that she would only provide the highest quality materials in order to maintain sustainability of her designs. “If we build things to last as they did centuries ago, our homes and materials in them will provide comfort for a lifetime”.

Being passionate about good design, Diane works with only the best and talented local furniture cabinetmakers and artisans to custom build her designs. Shipping cabinetry across the country wastes energy. By keeping things local, she is fostering green living and community sustainability.

Her unlimited amount of time and talent and keeping things fresh and new are Diane’s assets. Her philosophy is to “be sensitive to the unique needs and desires of her clients to make sure the design is truly a reflection of their own personality and lifestyle; To create a place of warmth and comfort. Diane assures the client that their project will be one of a kind. Many times her clients have become friends during the process and have maintained that relationship long after.

Diane provides support to the builder/contractor who calls on her to speak with their client. The architect and homebuilder can look to Diane for any design that requires cabinetry. Being the liaison, the builder is free to focus on other important aspects of his or her business.

Diane’s experience includes a 5 year project and three premier golf communities in the Williamsburg, Virginia area among other numerous projects on the East Coast.
